SPRINGBOK utility back Frans Steyn is thrilled to be back in Bloemfontein having signed from the Cheetahs from French outfit Montpellier.
“I’m very excited about joining the Cheetahs,” the 2007 World Cup winner said. “I’m really looking forward to playing my rugby in Bloemfontein. I just want to express myself on the field and make a difference.”
The 32-year-old represented Free State at junior levels before starting his pro career at the Sharks. He has also represented Racing 92 and the Toshiba Brave Lupus in Japan.
