IRELAND fly-half Jack Carty welcomes Ian Madigan’s return to Irish rugby, but knows it could make his job of adding to his ten caps all the harder.
Madigan, the 30-cap former Leinster player is joining Ulster on a one-year deal from Bristol to compete with Billy Burns for the No.10 shirt.
Madigan’s last cap came in 2016, prior to a move to Bordeaux.
