Replace Saracens with Newcastle then draw a line

THEperiod of ‘wait and see’ has passed and the RFU has made a decision regarding the future of their competitions.
Now is surely the time to rule off the 2019- 20 season: Six Nations ‘abandoned’, current Premiership and PRO14 positions used as rankings for next season’s European competitions and no play-offs. And European competitions declared ‘no winners’ and summer tours cancelled.
