NICKCain got it right in his article on Eddie Jones. Despite the scrambled win over a poor Scottish side, England clearly have many problems. Unfortunately, the greatest of those problems is Jones. He insisted on being judged by England’s performance in the World Cup. Therefore, by his own standards he failed.
Having failed, he then resorted to the ludicrously arrogant claim that he was going to make England the best rugby side ever. That pipe-dream didn’t last long.
His behaviour is becoming increasingly erratic. His Press conferences are narcissistic and self-fixated.
