WHEN commentators lavish praise upon a young player, talk him up as an England prospect and even worse give him the man of the match award, it is a virtual kiss of death.
Eddie Jones will just ignore the punditry, normally given by ex greats of the game – an example of this concerns Alex Dombrandt after his wonderful performance for Harlequins against Clermont last Saturday.
