WHILE most of the rugby world has been distracted by the Rugby World Cup, it may have gone unnoticed that the RFU have reintroduced a slimmed down version of the much derided Adult Competition Review, this time potentially with far less consultation and far quicker implementation.
Its impact could well be felt by every single club in the mens game from Level 3 downward, and it must be flagged up and be given due review before it is implemented.
