National One refs need intervention

I’VE been most impressed by the teamwork shown in the World Cup by the three onfield officials and TMO. Although I have had misgivings about some of the decisions reached I cannot argue with their endeavours to get it right.
At National One level where I watch my live rugby there is of course no TMO, but the referees and assistants are wired up so they can communicate with each other.
