Enforce the put-in law or change it

WEare all aware of the ongoing saga of our officials not adhering to the laws of the game with regard to putting the ball in straight at the scrum – it does go straight, but only into the second or back row.
The law states that the scrum-half must stand square and put the ball in to the tunnel straight, but we are getting very close to the Rugby League put-ins.
As this is a continuous breach of the law, our officials at the RFU and World Rugby should either change this law, or insure its enforcement.
We have made great progress with the high tackle laws to clean up the game keeping it...
