Rise above the ‘win at all cost’ mentality

WATCHING Alun Wyn Jones over the years, and especially since he has become the captain of Wales, has been a pleasure.
The one downside that has crept in this year is his Latin-style cry of foul at the slightest infringement or hint that the opposition may have touched him above the shoulders.
