NATIONAL League rugby starts in just three weeks but Yorkshire Carnegie are flashing the RFU cash and signing players who had been recruited by Level 3/4 clubs. Tim Bitirim from Cambridge and James Tinknell from Hull Ionians just two examples.
The RFU have clearly got this wrong. Those clubs that lose players have to scrabble around trying to find replacements from a dwindling pool.
