I THINK that the game could be more inclusive especially after we had the World Cup in this country back in 2015.
I have recently investigated becoming a coach/referee or volunteer, but I am afraid that when I was looking into these, I found that there is a lack of information about all three routes. For example, if you want to become a referee there is little information available on the RFU website.
