HOT beverages are not available in the ‘gods’ at Twickenham and my friend was directed all the way outside the stadium to get one.
Even then tea could be purchased only as an accoutrement to an extortionately priced solid food substance. After the game we continued in our quest but settled for a beer. Rugby and ale go hand in hand; it’s the mantra rugby chooses to promote in the endeavour to hoover every penny from the anebbreated public. Make cuppas more available.
