Just let bygones be bygones, Eddie

I AGREE with Jeremy Guscott that Joe Cokanasiga deserved a start against Italy but I disagree totally with his half-back selection I don’t see why Eddie Jones insists on selecting George Ford. He occasionally produces a great kick but they are few and far between and he isn’t too good in defence.
At half-back I would like to see the two Dannys, Cipriani and Care.
Both are exciting, explosive players who can turn a game in an instant as both proved in their last games for England. I don’t know what they have done to upset Eddie but it would be nothing an experienced coach c...
