English clubs will say ‘we don’t need the Celtic clubs’, but when you look at the attendances when the Celtic teams play English opposition, they increase dramatically.
From my own experiences of watching Cardiff for 30 years, we are usually sold out or near enough to capacity every time we play an English side.
It may be a pipe dream but I’ve spoken to a lot of fans from clubs all over Britain who love the idea.
