IT was wonderful to read Nick Cain hold up my local soccer club, AFC Bournemouth, as an example to Premiership Rugby.
I’d like to add a little bit more to the story and advise readers that, not only did little Bournemouth make it into the Premier League, but they did so from a starting base in the fourth tier. It is a truly inspirational story. Let us hope that the Premiership does not rob rugby of similar feats of heroism.
