In all the coverage of the decision to extend the PRL season I’ve seen no mention of us, the paying customers.
In June people go on holiday, and watch summer sports. Rugby is a winter sport that can’t fill grounds now so a ten month season will grind down interest further. Fans were treated with contempt over the dire TV deal and so it continues.
