Yellow cards made game a mockery

RUGBY is meant to be a contest between 15 players on each side.
The red card given to Bath’s Ross Batty against Worcester last week was probably fair but the proliferation of yellows after 80 minutes had elapsed, for offences which should be penalties only, makes a mockery of the game.
It also does nothing for player safety when 11 tired players (the front row have had to return to the pitch) are left playing 15. I had to retire early due to an injury sustained when my team was two players down though injuries, so I think this is an important point.
