AFTER meeting their agreed commitments to the Premiership and Championship, the RFU appear to believe that the best use of their limited resources is to not maintain their level of support and investment in the grassroots.
That business plan makes no sense. They will chip away at the foundations of the game while throwing £millions at the top.
