SHAME rugby did not remember one of its own with a minute’s silence at Twickenham last weekend.
Former RFU president (2016/17 season) Peter Baines passed away on October 31 after suffering from pancreatic cancer.
Baines was also a founder of St Albans RFC and at the time of his death was the Herts RFU president.
