WITH both Gloucester and Worcester seeking investment to secure their futures, who in their right mind would put money in any Premiership rugby club ?
It seems to me that rugby is professional in name only.
Ring-fencing Premiership Rugby is not enough to secure the financial survival of all the Premiership clubs, who despite considerable money from TV, have to face up to declining finances plus too many dwindling attendances making for rising debt.
