Sarries must take blame over wages

I CANNOT shed any crocodile tears for Alex Sanderson’s complaints about expected wage demands.
For years Saracens, with others, have run rings around the regulations and any attempt to control them have been met by stiff resistance.
As a result players and agents have been able to make increasing demands, so now it is the tail wagging the dog and teams like Saracens only have themselves to blame. Astute signings with a good academy are just as effective.
Ask Exeter who do not sign expensive socalled stars.
