Referees must stop turning a blind eye to the game’s Laws

I UNDERSTAND that even with three officials on the pitch, rugby is a difficult game to referee. However, I often feel cheated by the ref ’s non-implementation of some laws.
Many words have been written about the continuous blind eyes turned by officialdom to the crooked feeds and line-outs.
To this I would add foot up by hookers, in as much as at the ‘engage’ hookers quite often stand with their feet in the tunnel.
