IN ALL the discussion about whether Sale Sharks winger Denny Solomona should be selected for the Lions or England, there is one factor which nobody seems to be addressing, namely the dispute concerning the manner of his leaving Castleford Tigers.
As I understand it, until that dispute is resolved, there is a possibility that he is still legally under contract to Castleford, and is in breach of that contract by signing with Steve Diamond’s Sharks.
