ELLIS Genge has got a love-hate relationship with the media, with “out of touch” former players in particular getting his goat. The England loosehead seems to enjoy the profile and limelight of being an international player, loves the fans, but doesn’t care for criticism of performance on the pitch.
What he also might not want to hear if he mingled with the crowd leaving Twickenham after a match are opinions generally much harsher than from those tapping away at laptops in the press box, or from ex-player TV pundits.
