LAST season’s finalists Saitama Wild Knights are up and running with three wins from three following a comfortable victory away at the Black Rams.
Fourteen points from fly-half Takuya Yamasawa helped seal a 39-16 victory with further tries from Koki Takeyama, Jack Cornelsen, Tomoki Osada (2) and Ryota Hasegawa. The hosts could muster only 11 points from the boot of Ichigo Nakakusu and Yuki Ikeda’s second half try.
