Silence on trains please

JAPAN prides itself on the efficiency of its transport system and if a tube train is even one minute late commuters have frowns.
But on Thursday one of The Rugby Paper’s colleagues was delayed on the Tokaido Line on his way back from the South African team announcement.
The reason as relayed on the PA system was “unexplained noise”.
