WALES are being advised not to pick Leigh Halfpenny against England this week following his third abortive comeback attempt in two months.
Dr Barry O’Driscoll, renowned for urging World Rugby to do more to protect victims of concussion, said yesterday: “With a recent history like that, I don’t think he should be picked for any team next week.”
