EDDIE Jones is preparing to go back to the old guard for the Autumn series against the Southern Hemisphere giants.
His decision to restore his long-standing captain Dylan Hartley to England’s pre-season training squad alongside his new Northampton team-mate, veteran flanker James Haskell, makes that clear. While Jones is also pursuing a former England coach, John Mitchell, to take over the defensive duties.
