SHAME we won’t get to see the talent of Billy Burns in the Premiership next season, but I can understand his reasons for leaving Gloucester.
Like his brother Freddie, Billy wants to be first choice at a club and having Danny Cipriani come in at Kingsholm will limit his chances.
I hope he goes well at Ulster. And I want to see the best of Freddie at Bath this season and put his stop-start career back in top gear.
Both Burns brothers are the type of No.10 I like to see and although Cipriani is no bad replacement, I’ll miss seeing the younger of the two next season.
