GARETH Anscombe has told Wales fans he is close to finding his best form as he targets becoming Warren Gatland’s number one playmaker.
The 26-year-old Kiwi joined the Cardiff Blues after helping Waikato Chiefs win back-to-back Super Rugby titles.
But injuries have hampered the 15-times-capped Wales international.
Anscombe said: “Injuries have played a big part since I’ve been here but over the last six months my body is feeling really good. I seem to be over a lot of niggles, touch wood, that keeps going the way it is.
