CARDIFF Blues prop Tau Filise will set a world record next month as the first professional player to win a new contract at the age of 40.
The Tongan will take endurance to historic new levels by overtaking the ultimate marathon man, Brad Thorn. The double World Cup-winning All Black retired two years ago shortly after reaching 40 with Leicester in the Aviva Premiership.
