AN out-of-court settlement could be on the cards as Rugby League club Castleford’s legal action against Denny Solomona looks set to be adjourned.
A court case to hear Castleford’s legal action against their former player is set to be adjourned, raising the prospect of an out-ofcourt settlement.
Castleford are seeking damages against the player, as well as Sale Sharks and Solomona’s agent Andy Clarke, for allegedly inducing a breach of contract after the winger failed to report for pre-season training in November.
