Christian Wade and Matt Kvesic will win their first Test caps for England after being named in the starting XV by Stuart Lancaster to face Argentina on Sunday.
The London Wasps flyer, 21, has made his England debut last summer in South Africa and was involved in this year’s campaign against the Barbarian and the Consur XV but is yet to feature in a Test match.
Worcester Warriors flanker Kvesic, 22, who has been rated as one of the most promising talent in the Premiership will also hope to cease his opportunity from openside for the first time.
Three more players – Bath centre Kyle Eastmond, Sale Sharks prop Henry Thomas and London Wasps No.8 Billy Vunipola – will also win their first caps if they come off the replacements bench.
Elsewhere, fly half Freddie Burns, Rob Webber and Dave Attwood all start a full international for the first time.
England have comfortably won their first two games against the Barbarians (40-12) and the Consur XV (41-21) but Lancaster will be hoping for an improved performance if they are to beat the Pumas on their turf.
Lancaster said: “It is great to have so many young players pushing through and to be able to give them their opportunities on this tour. It is a young England side but one with a great deal of ability and self-belief and it will be great to see how they perform in the intensity of Test match rugby.
“Facing Argentina in front of their home crowd in Salta will be a tough challenge but we are looking forward to it and I am sure the players will give their all for the shirt.”
