Captain Courtney Harris will be moving on from rugby to prioritise his family, having helped Hornets secure a record finish in National Two West this season.
Hornets narrowly avoided relegation last season, finishing 12th, but are a top-half side this term, winning seven of their last eight games heading into this weekend’s final round.
Second-row Harris, 32, will be stepping away from the Weston-super-Mare outfit, but feels the Hornets are in safe hands with the club’s plethora of young talent combined with their strong relationships with local Premiership sides.
