It’s been a challenge captaining Dragons, admits Aneurin Owen

Aneurin Owen is the first to admit it’s been a challenging time to be Dragons captain this season, but he also insists it’s been an “awesome” experience which he has learned a lot from.
At the tender age of 24, the young centre was first installed as skipper by new head coach Filo Tiatia in January, with co-captains Ben Carter and Angus O’Brien both out injured.
He has done the job on a number of occasions since then amid a tough period for the URC bottom-of-the-table team.
