Green light for Cinderford’s new pitch

A WEST Country rugby club has got the green light to begin an ambitious £1.35m project of upgrades to their ground which will see them install a new artificial playing surface.
Cinderford RFC, in Gloucestershire, have secured planning permission for their plans from Forest of Dean District Council with work set to get underway before the end of the month.
It will see the club, whose men’s first team play in National 2 West, rip up the grass pitch at their historic Beavis Memorial Ground and replace it with a 3G artificial rugby field built to World Rugby re...
