A WEST Country rugby club has got the green light to begin an ambitious £1.35m project of upgrades to their ground which will see them install a new artificial playing surface.
Cinderford RFC, in Gloucestershire, have secured planning permission for their plans from Forest of Dean District Council with work set to get underway before the end of the month.
