Steve Hill talks to Lieutenant Colonel Tim Osman, below, head coach of senior men’s Army Rugby
What is your playing background and how did you get into coaching rugby?
I come from a big rugby family with three brothers and a dad who coached. I went to Harlequins when I left school, then signed for Newbury in 96, and later played at Henley. I coached whenever I was injured (which was often!) so fell into it quite early on.
