PLYMOUTH Albion captain Jack Oulton believes his side has what it takes to challenge for promotion this season, with squad depth and a restored intensity in training being a catalyst to their recent success.
The Devon club currently sit third in National One, enjoying a strong campaign compared to previous years, and Oulton, below, credits their improvement to the strength-in-depth across the squad.
