Sale got the better of their near-table rivals Birmingham Moseley with a decisive win under the lights at Heywood Road.
The Friday night game was a re-arranged fixture from December after the first match was abandoned in the 63rd minute because of floodlight failure.
Thankfully, this time the lights shone brightly all match as the hosts ran in four tries against their visitors, who were coming off the back of an impressive win over the high-flying Rams last week.
