EXETER University were forced to dig deep to resist a spirited fightback from Luctonians, after putting on a top-class show in the first-half to open up a 28-0lead.
James Boylan scored first for the hosts, and their lead was quickly doubled as Isaiah Akpovwa continued his impressive form by holding off two defenders to finish in the corner.
