ALEX Hearle is confident Newcastle will become a force in the Premiership under Steve Diamond having made the move north from Gloucester last season to work again with his old boss at Worcester.
Three-quarter Hearle, who scored a try against Saracens at the end of November in the Falcons’ first victory in the fixture for 15 years, said he had no hesitation when Diamond called him last year.
