Why did you get into coaching rugby and how did you arrive at your current position?
I became a player/coach at a previous club when I was in my last season of playing at the age of 41. It was not planned but then I ended up as head coach for four seasons. Letchworth had a vacancy and contacted me when they had heard I had decided to step down from the previous role.
