Harry Faulkner remains hopeful Esher can survive in National One this season.
Last year’s National Two East winners have tasted victory just three times in their opening 13 games and headed into this weekend eight points adrift from safety.
Faulkner, 23, believes discipline has been their Achilles heel while the full-back, who was instrumental for the Londoners last season scoring 12 tries, admits his own form hasn’t been up to scratch and is disappointed to have only touched down three times this term.
