Why did you get into coaching rugby and what has been your journey to arrive at your current position?
I started out helping my university team St Mary’s in Twickenham and just got the bug from there. When I finished playing I started out in a professional career in coaching, 18 seasons later I am still enjoying every minute.
What was your profession before you were a coach?
I was masquerading as a professional player for a few years but then turned my hand to property developing with my family business...
