In the end, after weeks of speculation, chairman Laurent Travers will leave Racing 92 at the end of the season, while under-fire manager Stuart Lancaster seems set to remain in his post despite speculation that a move to URC side Munster might be imminent.
Travers had been linked with the open director of rugby position at Bayonne since early on in the season.
