Why did you get into coaching rugby and how did you arrive at your current position?
I started at Fleetwood RFC after an ACL injury. I then joined Thornton-Cleveleys as a player-coach. My profession is a PE teacher and I gained a role at Myerscough College which gave me the opportunity to coach within the Sale Sharks AASE Academy.
