Chris Robshaw is confident the United States will make a success of hosting the 2031 World Cup and expand the game’s commercial base.
Former England captain Robshaw saw out the final two years of his career with Major League side San Diego Legion on the USA’s west coast having spent 15 seasons with Harlequins.
