After a year of ups and downs, Alex Mann is back bigger and better than ever and determined to return to the international stage.
Having forced his way into the Wales set-up for the Six Nations during a remarkable breakthrough season, the Cardiff flanker went on to score tries in his first two Tests against Scotland and England.
He figured in all five games in the Championship, only to be struck down by a disc issue in his back which kept him out of action for six months.
But now he’s back playing again and significantly bulked up, having added 10kgs during his lay-off.
