WITH an average age of 23, Worthing Raiders almost certainly have the youngest squad in National 2 East.
While this lack of experience is not inherently a bad thing, the departure of several senior players as well as interim coach Jordan Turner-Hall in 2022 has led to a tumultuous past couple of seasons for the club, who have been a mainstay of the league for over a decade.
