A NUMBER of rugby clubs across England and Wales have been left “devastated”, decimated and at risk of disappearing all together after Storm Bert caused widespread damage last weekend.
Around 10 clubs across south Wales, the west and north-west England were hit particularly hard by the fatal storm.
